ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Social Worker will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of rental subsidy provision of vulnerable displaced population from NK within the project “COVID-19 resilience in Armenia and Georgia and Nagorno-Karabakh conflict response” being implemented by Armenian Red Cross Society.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Develop the SOP for rental subsidy component of the project;- Conduct beneficiary identification, registration processes;
- Organize and conduct house visits to beneficiaries residing in private accommodations/ dormitories/ shelters, registering the housing and other needs according to pre-developed assessment form;
- Organize Selection Committee meetings for selection and approval of final lists;
- Prepare written reports on implemented activities;
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the Head of Population Movement department or the Secretary General.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- University degree in Social Sciences, preferably in Social Work;- At least 1 year of previous work experience in social work, preferably in an international organization;
- Good familiarity with the displacement situation in Armenia;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Demonstrated ability to work well as part of an interdisciplinary team;
- Demonstrated ability to work in diverse environment;
- Ability to keep confidentiality;
- Self-motivation;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Full IT literacy: Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and E-mail;
- Recognizing ARCS principles and values;
- Ability to travel within Armenia.
