ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Armenian Red Cross Society is looking for a Social Worker/ Case Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of social work/ case management of "Improved housing conditions for Syrian Armenians" component within the EU funded "Increased Resilience of Syrian Armenians and Host Population – IRIS" Project conducting house/ assessment visits to most vulnerable Syrian-Armenian families and providing case management as necessary.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Support in beneficiary identification and registration processes;- Provide more in-depth and specific support to most vulnerable families through case management;
- Organize and conduct house visits to beneficiaries residing in private accommodations/ dormitories, registering the housing and other needs according to pre-developed assessment form;
- Provide counselling on available services and organize proper referrals;
- Introduce the registered cases during housing committee meetings;
- Carry out additional house visits conducting monitoring and assessing the needs;
- Prepare written reports on implemented activities;
- Perform other job-related tasks that may be assigned by the Head of Population Movement Department or the Secretary General.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- University degree in Social Sciences, preferably in Social Work;- At least 2 years of previous work experience in social work, preferably in an international organization;
- Good familiarity with the situation of Syrian-Armenians in Armenia;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Demonstrated ability to work well as part of an interdisciplinary team;
- Demonstrated ability to work in diverse environment;
- Ability to keep confidentiality;
- Self-motivated person;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Full IT literacy: Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and E-mail;
- Recognition of ARCS principles and values;
- Ability to travel within Armenia.
