ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Checchi is seeking a qualified expert for the position of Software Architecture Expert to assist the Corruption Prevention Commission (CPC) with advising on the design of various digitization streams which would be developed by the CPC.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
The expert will work in close cooperation with the Corruption Prevention Commission (CPC) to ensure quality aspects and effective development of the E-platform by the selected vendor.- Develop standards/ criteria to measure the quality of deliverables of the vendor using the agreement and annexes to the agreement;
- Assist the CPC to review the product architecture developed by the vendor and align it to the CPC's vision;
- Work intensively with the CPC to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements;
- Review technical solutions received by the beneficiary and provide expert opinion on the matter of conformity of these specifications to the initial requirements imposed by the CPC;
- Provide expert opinion on conformity of technical solutions/ programming languages for the purpose of the specific project.
Deliverables:
- Recommendation report with analysis of design solutions being considered by the CPC;
- List of proposed clarification questions for the CPC to consider as it reviews design solutions.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- MSc/ MA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field;- At least 5 years of proven experience as a software architect;
- 7-10 years of experience designing and implementing software applications as a full stack developer;
- Experience working on large-scale software projects;
- Experience designing secure software systems based upon industry-specific specifications;
- Demonstrated knowledge of web applications, cybersecurity, and open source technologies;
- Experience in software development and coding in various languages (C#, Python, .NET, Java, PHP);
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX design;
- Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture;
- Understanding of software quality assurance principles;
- Professional certification in Java and/ or other programming languages is desirable.
