ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Converse Bank is seeking for a Specialist with experience in banking/ financial sphere to join the Current Legal Support Unit to ensure effective legal maintenance of the lending procedures, as well as provision of proper legal consultancy on Bank internal procedures.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Draft claims, complaints, objections, notices, agreements and other legal documents;
- Responsible for representation and defense of the Bank's interests in civil, bankruptcy and administrative cases at the RA courts and with government authorities;
- Responsible for documentation of judicial cases, circulation of documents and preparation of reports;
- Provide legal consulting on banking operations;
- Provide legal service related to the Bank's internal documents workflow;
- Ensure the necessary legal procedures arising from the requirements of the Central Bank of Armenia.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- University degree in Law;
- Excellent knowledge of the RA banking, civil, administrative and bankruptcy laws;
- Professional work experience is preferable;
- Fluency in Armenian language; good knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Oral and written communications skills;
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure;
- Analytical thinking; ability to orientate in difficult situations;
- Teamwork abilities;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
