Yeremyan Projects is looking for a motivated Specialist of Knowledge and Skills Management to support for setting of effective people development system for sustainable business growth.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Coordinate the process of people performance appraisal;
- Organize the process of attestation for the technical staff;
- Support to set actions for the skills development and control further process of implementation;
- Control implementation of onboarding programs of newcomers and newly promoted people;
- Organize appraisal process of the training programs;
- Prepare monthly reports about people development plan implementation.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Experience in a relevant position;
- Excellent planning and organizational skills;
- Experience in developing and conducting trainings.
