BD Retail Group LLC is looking for a Store Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, staff training and development. He/ she will work to foster client loyalty and expand the Company's brand presence. The ideal candidate should spearhead these efforts with a customer-oriented attitude.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Organize the work of the team;- Effectively recruit and manage employees;
- Carry out with staff the tasks assigned to the branch;
- Monitor performance of staff and train employees to full potential;
- Solve current work issues;
- Deal with customer queries and complaints;
- Track the availability of the required quantity of products;
- If needed, assist customers in choosing the product, consult on the range of products sold in the store, on their features and consumer characteristics;
- Participate in sales of products, presenting customers the advertised items, informing the existing system of discounts and promotions;
- Manage and motivate the team to increase sales, meet sales goals and ensure efficiency;
- Analyze and compare data for effective merchandising.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Higher education;- 1-2 years of experience in managing a brand store;
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially excellent knowledge of Excel;
- Excellent teamwork skills;
- Enterprising skills;
- Staff motivation skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Excellent oral and writing communication skills.
