ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

ID Bank is seeking for a skilled and motivated Strategy Specialist to participate in the strategy development process of the Bank.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Prepare the annual report of the Bank activities;
- Develop the Bank's medium-term key strategic indicators and the strategic program;
- Monitor and make reports on KPIs in relation to the strategic goals;
- Carry out quarterly analyses of the indicators of the Armenian banking system;
- Carry out yearly analyses on macroeconomic environment and identify opportunities and threats;
- Monitor the Bank's competitive environment and disclose the strengths and weaknesses of its competitors;
- Build financial models and perform valuation analysis within the strategy development.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education in Economics, Finance or in a relevant field;
- Work experience in the banking system is a plus;
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position in Armenian or international organizations is a plus;
- Knowledge of the RA banking legislation is a plus;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Effective oral and written communication skills;
- Financial modelling and analytical skills;
- Strong sense of team mentality and reliability;
- Strong communication skills;
- Attention to details;
- Teamwork skills;
- Ability to work in different situations and quick orientation skills.
