ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
The Central Bank of Armenia is looking for a Supervisor to join the Consumer Rights Protection and Financial Education Center team.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Monitor data published by financial institutions (websites, press, advertisement as well as other sources of published information);- Identify and assess risks threatening consumers, as well as taking necessary measures against them;
- Conduct studies on consumer complaints and prepare corresponding responses;
- Participate in development of legislation in the sphere of consumer rights protection;
- Participate in supervisions on business conduct in financial institutions;
- Perform consumer rights protection in financial system by supervising market conduct of financial institutions.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- University degree in Economics;- 2 years of work experience in the financial field;
- Understanding of consumers rights protection and market conduct;
- Knowledge of legislation and normative acts related to financial system;
- Fluency in Armenian language; proficiency in English and Russian languages;
- Self-motivation to learn and develop;
- Analytical skills;
- Cooperation skills;
- Negotiation skills;
- Communication skills.
