ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Axioma is providing information services and is currently looking for an active and motivated candidate for the position of Support Specialist. The Company would like to meet a result-oriented person with good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Provide support to clients and partners regarding the Company's products and services, deal with financial and technical questions;
- Answer all online referrals via phone, email and chat;
- Solve technical questions and issues with the IT Department;
- Prepare instructions and manuals for clients and partners;
- Provide live chat support;
- Participate in different projects of the Company.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- University degree, preferably in Economics or Finance;
- At least 1 year of experience in support or sales;
- Fluency (upper intermediate level) in Farsi and English languages;
- Knowledge of financial markets is preferable.
