ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
ArmSwissBank is looking for a System and Network Administrator with a relevant work experience to join its IT Department.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Supervise, monitor and control computing systems to support the day-to-day operations of services (Windows/ File/ Print/ Lotus Domino/ SQL Server/ Application, etc.), servers (physical and virtual - VMWare), server clusters;- Assist with problem resolution and job scheduling and ensure that strict controls are in place, and are used;
- Analyse the existing databases, propose solutions for optimization and participate in maintaining/ developing databases;
- Manage the correction of live issues with the minimum disruption to the business;
- Support and participate in disaster recovery testing;
- Monitor and respond to system generated alarms within the Service Agreement where required;
- Participate/ coordinate IT projects;
- Provide user support, consulting with user groups to determine IT needs, providing training;
- Manage customer satisfaction and complaints levels;
- Provide software security patches and updates;
- Create high level documentation of systems for external usage.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- At least 2 years of experience in system administration;- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server;
- Experience in server hardware configuration and installation;
- Experience with networking technologies: OSI Model, DHCP/ DNS, TCP/ Proxy, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, NAT, Routing and VPN;
- Experience with various Hypervisors such as Hyper-V and ESXi;
- Experience with networking hardware and software;
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server;
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server;
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy and other Active Directory services;
- Proficiency with at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Bash or Python) is desired;
- Familiarity with cyber security best practices;
- General familiarity with Linux operating systems;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages;
- Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
