Odessi Group is looking for a Systems Administrator to join its team and provide exceptional remote troubleshooting, management and monitoring for its clients IT systems. The ideal candidate has strong time management skills and ability to multitask. He/ she also has strong written and verbal communication skills. The Company is dedicated to offering its staff extensive training and resources to help drive career growth opportunities.ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Intermediate networking skills (including VPN, Firewall/ Router configurations and troubleshooting);- Backup solutions (Datto BCDR/ SaaS, O365, Azure Backup, AWS Snapshots, Shadowprotect);
- Hands on experience with LAN/ WAN support, including TCP/ IP;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010-2019;
- Knowledge of Office 365;
- Knowledge of Exchange Server 2011-2019 and Exchange Online;
- Experience of support of Windows Desktop and Terminal Services;
- Experience deploying, managing, monitoring and troubleshooting Windows Server 2008 - 2019 including Active Directory;
- Experience deploying, managing, monitoring and troubleshooting Windows 7/ 8/ 10;
- Advanced trouble shooting skills;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with a dedication to correct documentation;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Positive attitude.
