ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Evocabank is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with eagerness to find out-of-box solutions and use innovations; strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in team; high sense of responsibility; and excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Responsible for full cycle recruitment: market research, development of job descriptions and job announcements, sourcing, screening, selection;
- Identify candidates through online sources (social platforms, professional platforms), keep in touch with active candidates;
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including assessments and various types of interviews;
- Serve as brand ambassador at career fairs and recruiting events;
- Design and implement onboarding and orientation program;
- Identify staff training and development needs, organize internal and external trainings;
- Execute other assignments related to the duties and tasks of the Department.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- University degree in a relevant field;
- At least 3 years of professional experience in HRM;
- Thorough knowledge of HRM processes, traditional and state-of-the-art tools, digital and global trends;
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks;
- Hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting;
- Knowledge of different interview techniques and evaluation methods;
- Good grasp of RA Labor code and HRM-related decisions;
- International educational programs/ qualifications will be a strong plus;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- Self-sufficiency and ability to work with little direct supervision;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages, both oral and written.
