ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Spayka is looking for a Technical/ Industrial Engineer to work in the engineering department.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Responsible for taking part in any new project or planning of the company;- Responsible for implementing the tasks on time and accurately set by the Chief Engineer;
- Responsible for the technical supervision of the development, production or operation of any engineering project initiated in the company’s multifunctional business profiles;
- Perform and assist in practical solutions for any technical issue related to the ongoing and planned production lines/equipment by executing online communication with partner companies abroad;
- As an engineering team member, work with other managerial staff to ensure project completion in an efficient manner;
- Negotiate with team members to generate ideas and clarify specifications;
- Execute both in the office and on location. Work outdoors, on a factory floor, or near the construction and production sites;
- Participate in each phase of the installation of equipment/ production lines, to oversee equipment maintenance to ensure their smooth and uninterrupted operation in the company;
- Determine the goals of the company;
- Follow the plans of each phase of the project and assist in their fulfillment process;
- Identify and procure the resources needed, mainly from abroad;
- Evaluate and suggest the optimal costs within specific time and volume frames in suggesting solutions to the arisen technical issues;
- Perform quality control checks, ensuring the safety and effectiveness or reliability of the systems or equipment operation;
- Follow up on the technical safety systems in all infrastructural fields of the company;
- Continuously follow up on the implementation of technical safety instructions to the staff of the productions;
- Assist in the installation of the equipment or the manufacturing process of a product.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Master's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, technical and/ or energetic background;- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the technical and/or production field;
- Experience in working in production planning, installing and implementing the corresponding technologies;
- As a member, to have experience in a team of five or more engineers by having an outstanding record of successful results in projects;
- Thorough knowledge of industry codes and rules;
- Evidence of excellent creativity and skills in problem-solving as well as keen analytical abilities;
- Strong qualities of responsibility, as well as excellent communication skills;
- Ability to negotiate with team members and partners abroad;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages, knowledge of Russian language is a plus;
- Computer skills.
