ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Action Against Hunger has an opening for a Trainer to conduct a one-day training/ capacity building activity among Action Against Hunger Yerevan Office team members on the following topics:- Positive team culture and its characteristics;
- Management styles and cooperative ethics that drive positive changes within the Organization;
- What is coaching and its positive impact for achieving results;
- Personal and professional growth: Emotional intelligence; critical thinking; time management.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Develop the agenda and curriculum for the training;- Prepare all relevant materials, tools and methodologies for the training;
- Elaborate knowledge assessment tools for the training;
- Conduct pre and post evaluation of the training;
- Conduct training based on the developed agenda and curriculum;
- Provide analytical report on the knowledge increase and progress among Action Against Hunger staff.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- University degree in Social Sciences or Education Studies;- At least 3 years of experience in conducting trainings and coaching sessions on the respective topics;
- Good organization and planning skills to ensure high quality of the service provision;
- Proven computer skills in MS Office application software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Fluency in Armenian language; proficient level of English language (experience on conducting training in English language);
- Very good communication skills;
- Proven analytical and report writing skills.

ԼՐԱՑՈՒՑԻՉ ՏԵՂԵԿՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐ՝
- Training location will be outside of Yerevan, in a resort area close to Yerevan;- Transportation will be provided by Action Against Hunger;
- Payments will be made after the delivery of the training;
- The consultant shall manage his/ her own insurance.
