ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Evocabank is looking for a Training and Development Team Lead to join its team. The ideal candidate is a person with eagerness to find out-of-box solutions and use innovations; strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in team; high sense of responsibility.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Develop and implement annual training plan;- Identify current training needs and fulfill them;
- Develop, organize and conduct continuous trainings on customer service improvement;
- Measure training effectiveness;
- Implement other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- University degree in Economics, Management or Finance;- At least 3 years of experience as a Trainer;
- At least 1 year of experience in financial-banking field;
- Hands-on experience in developing and conducting trainings on customer service, customer engagement and sales;
- International qualifications will be a strong plus;
- Knowledge of different training methods and tools;
- Ability to prioritize and navigate in a fast-paced environment;
- Outstanding public speaking skills;
- Advanced communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Presentation skills;
- Excellent command of Russian and English languages.
