ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Tumo Moscow is seeking a driven and experienced professional who will lead the Tumo Center in Moscow and be in charge of the Center operations from the implementation of the Tumo educational program and activities, to coordination of activities between Tumo headquarters and local partners in Moscow.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Manage pre-opening operations such as procurement, deployment of furniture and equipment, recruitment of local staff and coordination between Tumo headquarters in Armenia and local partners in Russia;- Recruit and manage Tumo Moscow staff, including learning coaches, workshop leaders and administrative team members;
- Interface with local stakeholders such as government bodies, and manage relationships with students and parents;
- Responsible for representing the Tumo values and pedagogical philosophy in the local community;
- Responsible for overall team management, student enrollment and facility management;
- Act as a leader, motivating the team and ensuring that they carry out their functions effectively and efficiently;
- Provide day-to-day supervision of center activities, including work distribution, quality monitoring and action plan follow up;
- Monitor the quality of delivered workshops and provide feedback to headquarters;
- Support and encourage the professional development of team members and provide feedback and guidance to those who need improvement;
- Regularly monitor workflows and processes and make necessary proposals for improvements to maximize productivity;
- Represent Tumo Moscow at community events, meetings and host visitors;
- Ensure effective communication with students, parents and local stakeholders with the support of the Tumo Communications Department;
- Manage all questions related to visiting workshop leaders and staff.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university;- Highly dynamic and active personality with proven experience in managing a team;
- Ability and willingness to lead, guide and motivate others towards a common goal;
- Ability to assess and prioritize the different elements of a situation or problem and identify critical issues;
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships is desirable;
- Excellent communication skills, including written communication, personal interaction and public presentation skills in Russian and English languages;
- Valid work permit for the Russian Federation.
