ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Warehouse Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing a wide variety of operation warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/ or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records. People management responsibilities include hiring and training, planning and assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and ensuring they are understood and practiced by the team at all times;
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods;
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee's performance;
- Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy;
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area;
- Ensure shipments and inventory transactions are timely and accurate and that cycle counts are performed on a regular basis as required;
- Responsible for providing appropriate training, performance analysis, and special projects to warehouse staff. Ensure teammates are also cross-trained in various job functions;
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status;
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices;
- Maintain condition and maintenance of equipment and warehouse facility to comply with OHS standards.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- At least 7 years work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor; industrial field is preferred;
- Knowledge of warehouse ERP software packages and MS Office proficiency; Netsuite is preferred;
- Ability to maintain KPIs to support local business functions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including English and Armenian languages;
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- BS degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
