The provider will be responsible to:- Book the hotel and accommodation during the stay according to the schedule provided in ToR (attached);
- Provide airport shuttle.
ТРЕБОВАНИЯ:
The proposal offering maximum 4 start accommodation will be considered.ПРОЦЕДУРА ПОДАЧИ ЗАЯВОК:
Interested candidates should send following documentation, completed, signed and scanned by email *****@*******.**:- Proposal Submission Form Annex 2 – duly completed and signed and stamped by the Candidate
- Duly signed and stamped Annex 3 - Help General Terms and Conditions for Service Contracts
- Duly signed and stamped Annex 4 - Help Code of Conduct for Contractors
- Duly signed and stamped Annex 5 - Help Declaration for Tenderers, Candidates and Suppliers.
