Asprofit Group is seeking a candidate to fulfill the position of Accountant, who will report directly to the Accounting Manager.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards;- Determine proper handling of financial transactions;
- Handle budgets and manage the costs;
- Prepare and timely submit all necessary tax, statistical and other obligatory reports;
- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations;
- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to HQ;
- Ensure the Company's requirements for tax and labor legislation, RA accounting standards and other legal acts;
- Take actions related to prevention of losses and improper spending of material assets and cash, as well as actions to prevent failure to comply to laws related to financial activity;
- Closely maintain and monitor the fixed assets and inventory systems;
- Responsible for computation and payment of staff salaries on a monthly basis;
- Advise on the improvement of financial management system, internal control system, the use of financial management software, the medium-term and program budgeting;
- Perform other job-related duties assigned by the Supervisor.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- University degree in Accounting or Finance;- At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting and finance;
- Proficient knowledge of accounting software Armenian Software;
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems;
- Excellent knowledge of RA tax and labor legislation;
- Knowledge of English language; knowledge of Russian language is desired;
- Strong analytical and time management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Knowledge of Armenian Accounting Standards and IFRS;
- Accounting experience in various sectors is a plus;
- Knowledge of MS Office.
