ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Leaves Garden LLC is looking for an Accountant who will be responsible for the Company's finance and tax, purchasing and inventory control systems implementation. The incumbent will provide necessary information to internal and external auditors, and help the Company minimize costs through the optimization of its financial, purchasing and inventory processes.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Manage Company's incoming and outgoing finance flow; support the process of the solution of the key issues and the decision making process, including the effective distribution of the investments;
- Analyze the Company activity results, identify the unfavorable activity results, suggest new solutions and add the profitability of the Company;
- Manage the financial planning procedures, including the monthly, quarterly and annual budget implementation, purchasing services control;
- Analyze the results of the commercial activity of the Company, identify the potential risks, suggest the ways to minimize or avoid risks; prepare the Company reports and provide accurate information to the Company management and the authorized people;
- Follow the standards of the financial administration requirements, cooperate with the external auditors and make sure the required documents and data are provided;
- Run current Company accounting;
- Ensure the Company's requirements for tax and labor legislation, RA accounting standards and other legal acts;
- Prepare and present tax and financial reports to RA Tax Inspection, State Social Insurance Fund, National Statistical Service, State Labor Inspectorate, as well as other state or local self-governing bodies;
- Implement tax and other mandatory payments within the time and procedure stipulated by the RA legislation;
- Assure that Company complies with the corporate governance structure, Contracts Manual/ Standard Operating Procedure and Manual of Authority issued by the Company; ensure the office meets the requirements of both internal, external and government auditors;
- Link local and international (HQ) accounting, arranging monthly budget request based on companies yearly/ monthly required expenses;
- Provide monthly reports and explanation regarding the expenses;
- Perform other job-related assignments and responsibilities within the competence of the Company.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education in Accounting and Finance;
- At least 4 years of work experience in the relevant field;
- Experience in construction or manufacturing is desirable;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Good knowledge of English language, both written and oral;
- Excellent knowledge of AS, E-invoicing program and RA Tax Code;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Hard worker;
- Ability to work in a team.
