ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

The incumbent will be expected to provide administrative support across the school.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Provide high-level customer service following the company's practices and policies; handle the flow of customers and follow up with the services rendered; act in accordance with the rules and policies set in the school;
- Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions; draft, check and store various documents required by the school management providing support to tutors and students;
- Deal with student needs, communicate and deal with requests between tutors, parents and the students;
- Maintain the school website, update with new information and make changes as needed;
- Working closely with the director and academic staff of the school;
- Maintain a tidy and clean work area; supervise school resources.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Excellent knowledge of English and Armenian languages;
- Communication skills, ability to work with school-year students;
- Advanced writing skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Knowledge of international educational systems is a plus;
- Demonstrated leadership in managing initiatives;
- Time management and multitasking skills;
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office;
- Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the company;
- Attention to details.
