ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Media Initiatives Center (former Internews Media Support NGO) seeks a qualified candidate to perform administrative support for ensuring efficient operation of the office. Under the overall supervision of the Technical and Security Director, the incumbent will support the organization’s employees by performing clerical and logistical tasks.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Manage the organization’s reception area, welcome and direct visitors, ensure hospitality;
- Receive and forward the incoming calls;
- Responsible for the incoming and outgoing correspondence and the proper distribution to the appropriated party;
- Provide general administrative support, including scanning and copying;
- Undertake all logistical arrangements required for planning and delivery of in-house and outside events, including liaising with event management companies and caterers, and supporting the procurement process for the related services;
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the organization’s staff and guests;
- Manage the online calendar of the office activities, including the transportation;
- Maintain contact lists;
- Maintain the organization’s library;
- Arrange the office space, supplies and equipment;
- Maintain filing and archiving;
- Perform other secretarial and clerical duties, ensuring they are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and an in timely manner.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education in Social Sciences and other relevant fields;
- At least 2 years of administrative support experience;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages; good knowledge of Russian language;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both oral and written;
- Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person;
- Disciplined personality, ready to work within fixed hours;
- Excellent computer skills, knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
- Experience in working with civil society and international organizations is a plus.
