ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
SoftConstruct is on a search for an Administrative Manager to join its team.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Provide organizational, administrative, information and analytical support for the activities of the head;- Organise and plan meetings;
- Collaborate with senior management and respective teams to align the internal goals with new and existing partner relationships;
- Develop relations with different members of the International Cybersport Federation;
- Write letters and prepare agreements;
- Maintain constant contact with the media;
- Negotiate, manage and finalize tasks in accordance with company’s guidelines and policies if required;
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners;
- Execute personal orders of the head;
- Responsible for data collection and presentation for sportsbook performance analysis;
- Perform various other responsibilities arising from the position.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian languages;- Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills, ability to build lasting relationships with clients and key internal staff;
- Exceptional organization skills and a strong work ethic, tactfulness and accuracy;
- High level of responsibility and self-organization; attention to detail;
- Aptitude in problem-solving;
- Computer literacy;
- Willingness to learn hard, work hard and play hard;

- Team player.
