ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Ardshinbank is looking for an Analyst to join Quality Management Department.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Implement the permanent quality control works;
- Maintain registers of the Bank's internal legal acts related to quality management (records of discrepancies, complaints, results of verified business processes, requests, inquiries, banking services received from CB and Financial System Mediator);
- Make surveys based on the bank's customer complaints, applications, requests and inquiries;
- Calculate key indicators of business process efficiency (KPI);
- Prepare and send reply letters received from RA Financial System Mediator and Central Bank;
- Check the product sales and further maintenance processes;
- Organize, coordinate and supervise other activities, proper execution of other current responsibilities.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- At least 2 years of experience in the last 5 years in financial sphere (preferably in quality management), at least 2 of them in heading positions;
- Master's degree preferably in Economics or a technical field;
- Knowledge of MS Office, LSOFT or similar programs;
- Knowledge of Armenian (excellent) and Russian (good) languages;
- Knowledge of the laws related to the Central Bank of RA and banking activities of RA.
