ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Ucom is looking for an Android Developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of Android devices, including mobile phones and tablet computers. The Android Developer's primary focus will be development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. He/ she will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving and the creation of quality products is essential.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Design and build applications for the Android platform;
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications;
- Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features;
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs;
- Help maintain code quality, organization and automatization;
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field;
- At least 2 years of working experience in Android development;
- Experience in publishing one or more apps in the Play store;
- Experience with Java and Android SDK;
- Experience with Kotlin is desired;
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices;
- Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks;
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services;
- Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/ UX standards;
- Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines;
- Advanced level in English language;
- Strong analytical thinking;
- Ability to work under keen deadlines and with limited supervision;
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
