ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

PicsArt is seeking an ASO and User Acquisition Coordinator to be a key contributor and support both the UA and ASO teams and larger marketing team. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, is a self-starter and capable of prioritizing and managing a pipeline of various tasks. Understanding of marketing within a fast-paced mobile app environment is a plus. This role is based in Yerevan, Armenia and reports to the ASO, SEO and Web PM, but will also work closely with the Director or User Acquisition in San Francisco.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Launch and manage performance app install campaigns across various channels including Facebook, Instagram, Google, Twitter and Snapchat;
- Generate keyword lists for user acquisition campaigns on a weekly basis, across more than 15 countries/ storefronts;
- Analyze and optimize campaigns against main KPIs, including PicsArt trials and ROAS;
- Help craft ASO and SEO strategies;
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and work with appropriate parties to identify a solution;
- Extract data from multiple ad partners to update daily and weekly internal reporting;
- Launch new Apple Search keywords across various geos and manage keyword bid adjustments;
- Maintain and organize repository of UA creatives;
- Compile results of A/B tests to be presented to internal teams.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or other related field;
- At least 1 year of experience working within a mobile app environment;
- Self-starter with strong project management and prioritization skills and hands-on execution ability;
- Strong proficiency in G-Suites and Microsoft Office, particularly sheets and Excel;
- Great attention to detail, superior problem-solver, and an analytic mindset;
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken.
