ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
The Little Gym Yerevan is looking for an Assistant to the Gym Director. Under the direct supervision of the Gym Director the incumbent will be responsible for the reception desk, customer service, communication with partner organizations and marketing activities.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Deliver superior customer service in the lobby and at the front desk as scheduled by the Gym Director;- Have a thorough understanding of the Little Gym philosophy and programme;
- Communicate information accurately and professionally to customers;
- Assist in daily phone calls; responsible for marketing, "no-show", trial reminder, make-up;
- Execute marketing and promotion efforts (including Facebook and Instagram) as determined by the Gym Director;
- Perform opening and/ or closing procedures as scheduled;
- Perform other job-related duties and special projects assigned by the Gym Director within a given time and quality specifications.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Higher education;- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, customer service, communication with media and relevant fields;
- Experience in sales and/ or retail sales;
- Computer Literacy.
