ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

SoftConstruct is launching a new program for Associate Product Managers. The rotational program does not require a computer science background. Program consists of two parts: Training and Practice.

Training:
- What is Product Management;
- The Role of product managers;
- The Practice of Product Management;
- The Big Processes: Discovery;
- The Big Processes: Delivery.

Practice:
- Working with product team;
- Working with other departments;
- Working directly with GPM.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

Who Can Apply?
People who are interested in Product Management and want to deep in IT sphere and own:
- Problem-solving skills;
- Leadership skills;
- Teamwork skills;
- Communication skills;
- Willingness to work hard;
- Knowledge of foreign languages (English, Russian languages, knowledge of other language is a plus);
- Soft skills (is a plus).
