ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Varks.am is looking for an enthusiastic Branch Customer Host who will provide centralized customer service to the branchby answering questions and providing guidance regarding Company products/ services.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Provide assistance to all customers coming to the Branch;
- Provide excellent customer service and strong interpersonal relations;
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service question;
- Help customers to fill online application by recording customer data;
- Help customers to do transactions: payment, extension;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education in Service or in a relevant field;
- Sales skills and willingness to be involved in active sales;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent teamwork skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
