ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

MPW Retail Group is looking for a Brand Manager for its brand "Mavi". As part of Mavi Brand team, this position will work collaboratively on the overall marketing and brand strategy. It is a key strategic role and the individual will be responsible for the category management, merchandising, sales and general brand development.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Analyse data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends;
- Devise long-term development strategies for brand and product categories;
- Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful categories and products;
- Foster trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services;
- Place appropriate orders to ensure product availability that meets consumer demands;
- Determine the positioning of a brand and product category to maximize visibility;
- Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category;
- Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory;
- Assume responsibility of budget development and revenue for category;
- Organize staff trainings;
- Control and manage stores sales.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field;
- Proven experience as a Category and Brand Manager or in a similar role;
- Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles;
- Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and 1C;
- Strong knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Analytical mind with a strategic ability;
- Excellent communication and people skills.
