ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

The U.S. Mission in Yerevan, Armenia is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the Building Cooling System Technician position in the Yerevan, Armenia office.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Completion of Secondary School is required;
- Միջնակարգ դպրոցի հավաստագիրը պարտադիր է:

EXPERIENCE:- FSN - 06 (Full performance) - A minimum of four (4) years of journey-level experience in the installation, operations, repair and maintenance of commercial or industrial HVAC/mechanical refrigeration systems and a minimum of four (4) years work experience operating, maintaining, or repairing 100-ton chillers or larger, and large air-handling units is required. Work experience must demonstrate a progression of increased responsibility working on complex sophisticated equipment and components, including operation and maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- FSN - 05 (Trainee level) - A minimum of three (3) years of journey-level experience in the installation, operations, repair and maintenance of commercial or industrial HVAC/mechanical refrigeration systems and a minimum of three (3) years work experience operating, maintaining, or repairing 100-ton chillers or larger, and large air-handling units is required. Work experience must demonstrate a progression of increased responsibility working on complex sophisticated equipment and components, including operation and maintenance, and troubleshooting.

ՓՈՐՁ. FSN - 06 (Լիարժեք մասնագետ) - Առևտրային կամ արդյունաբերական HVAC/մեխանիկական սառնարանային համակարգերի տեղադրման, շահագործման, վերանորոգման և սպասարկման ոլորտում առնվազն չորս (4) տարվա աշխատանքային փորձ և առնվազն չորս (4) տարի աշխատանքային փորձ 100 տոննա կամ ավելի մեծ ծավալով չիլերներ, ինչպես նաև օդափոխման մեծ բլոկների շահագործման, սպասարկման կամ վերանորոգման ոլորտում: Աշխատանքային փորձը պետք է ցույց տա բարդ սարքավորումների և բաղադրիչների հետ աշխատելիս պատասխանատվության աստիճանական աճը, ներառյալ՝ շահագործումը, սպասարկումը և անսարքությունների վերացումը։

FSN - 05 (Փորձնակի մակարդակ) - Առևտրային կամ արդյունաբերական HVAC/մեխանիկական սառնարանային համակարգերի տեղադրման, շահագործման, վերանորոգման և սպասարկման առնվազն երեք (3) տարվա աշխատանքային փորձ և առնվազն երեք (3) տարվա աշխատանքային փորձ 100 տոննա կամ ավելի մեծ հզորությամբ չիլերների, ինչպես նաև օդափոխման մեծ բլոկների շահագործման, սպասարկման կամ վերանորոգման ոլորտում: Աշխատանքային փորձը պետք է ցույց տա բարդ սարքավորումների և բաղադրիչների հետ աշխատելիս պատասխանատվության աստիճանական աճը, ներառյալ՝ շահագործումը, սպասարկումը և անսարքությունների վերացումը։

Language:
- Limited knowledge of English language (Written/Speaking/Reading) is required (this may be tested) in order to understand verbal requests, read some technical material, and prepare simple reports;
- Good knowledge of Armenian language (Written/Speaking/Reading) is required (this may be tested) in order to communicate with local contractors and other LE staff.

- Պարտադիր՝ պահանջվում է անգլերեն լեզվի սահմանափակ իմացություն գրելու/խոսելու/կարդալու համար (սա կարող է ստուգվել)՝ բանավոր հարցումները հասկանալու, որոշ տեխնիկական նյութեր կարդալու և պարզ հաշվետվություններ պատրաստելու նպատակով;

- Պահանջվում է հայերեն լեզվի լավ իմացություն (գրելու/խոսելու/կարդալու ունակություն (սա կարող է ստուգվել)), տեղական կապալառուների և այլ տեղացի աշխատակիցների հետ շփվելու համար:

Skills And Abilities:
Must hold a valid class B driver’s license that is not revoked or suspended and be at least 25 years old to be allowed to drive an official vehicle. Must demonstrate safe driving skills.

ՀՄՏՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐ և ՈՒՆԱԿՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐ. ծառայողական տրանսպորտային միջոց վարելու համար պետք է լինի առնվազն 25 տարեկան և ունենա B կարգի վարորդական իրավունք, որը չեղարկված կամ կասեցված չէ։
