ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Inecobank is looking for a Business Analyst/ Product Manager.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Work with the Project Manager to document the software product requirements and the project’s scope;- Communicate directly with the customers to collect requirements by using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business analysis, task and workflow analysis;
- Write requirement specifications according to standard templates, using natural language;
- Convert business and user requirements into functional requirements;
- Participate in review of the products delivered to ensure that the products were delivered according to the requirements provided;
- Manage requirements, track status, throughout the project and provide reports to the customer and the end user;
- Create the appropriate documents and training material and manuals for the customers and end users;
- Train customers and end users with the product functionalities;
- Support the product and the customer inquiries after the implementation.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Higher education in Finances, Computer Science or related fields;- At least 3 years of financial/ risk or project management experience;
- Balance of technical knowledge and business knowledge;
- Very good knowledge of project management concepts and how enterprise software products are positioned and developed;
- In-depth knowledge of information systems building principles and their types;
- Deep understanding of how to practice requirements engineering according to several software development life cycles in a team environment;
- Banking knowledge.
Business skills and personal qualities:
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Customer first AND ABCD thinking mind set;
- Strong organizational skills that are required to work with the vast array of information gathered during meetings. Ability to analyze the information and to cope with rapidly changing information;
- Excellent interpersonal skills needed to negotiate priorities, resolve conflicts among project stakeholders (customers, product management and engineering);
- Willingness to work independently or as part of a larger team;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment;
- Energetic team player, creative thinker, problem solver and results oriented person.
Other skills:
- Experience working in an Agile/ Scrum team environment;
- Very good Knowledge of Jira, Asana and other application management systems;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong knowledge of Financial and Risk analysis
- Knowledge of data base
- Knowledge of SQL.
