ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
The Business and Marketing Coach will be responsible for the implementation of UNHCR "Refugee Protection and Integration" project economic case management component under the supervision of Project Coordinator and Project Manager. Business and Marketing Coach will work closely with ARCS and UNHCR relevant staff and partner organizations to ensure productive collaboration and successful implementation of the project.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Prepare economic integration individual intervention plans;- Conduct SWOT analysis of family;
- Develop intervention activities;
- Conduct regular follow up and monitoring;
- Participate in Selection Committee meetings;
- Support in mapping of state and non-governmental organizations involved in economic development projects;
- Responsible for education and assisting businesses in the creation of marketing materials, recordkeeping systems and other tools necessary to small businesses;
- Provide individual coaching and technical assistance to POC's;
- Participate in team discussions, internal and external meetings and relevant trainings;
- Perform other related tasks.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Higher education on Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences;- At least 2 years of work experience in business or marketing;
- Good familiarity with the situation of Syrian-Armenians in Armenia;
- Self-motivated person, comfortable working independently is a must;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must;
- Ability to work in a team environment is a must;
- Ability to relate to small business owners, regardless of professions;
- Strong interest in microenterprise or economic development;
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Organizational and time management skills, ability to meet fixed deadlines;
- Good command of oral and written Armenian and English languages;
- Ability to work under pressure.
