ТИП КОНКУРСА:
Call for ProposalПОДРОБНОЕ ОПИСАНИЕ:
The main goal of the call is to organize and conduct professional education and training courses in the field of food and service, including cooking and confectionery for 100 adults forcibly displaced from Artsakh who are interested in gaining knowledge and developing abilities and skills in food and cooking in Yerevan.Expected results:
- An informative orientation meeting will be organized for all registered applicants;
- The participants of the courses will be provided with all necessary conditions for the theoretical and practical work of professional cooking and pastry courses, including personal working environment, clothing and food;
- Participants who successfully completed the courses will receive certificates;
- Meetings with sector employers will be organized for the participants.
ТРЕБОВАНИЯ:
- The right and experience to conduct professional training in the field of food and service;- Availability of a specialized and adapted space for cooking/pastry training courses;
- Conditions and opportunity to hold training courses simultaneously with the involvement of up to 200 participants, including:
- Culinary production area 170-200 square meters.
- 24 workplaces for simultaneous work,
- Availability of at least two professional ovens,
- Professional refrigerators 6-8 units,
- Availability of a professional gas stove for 14-16 places,
- Stove-4 seats,
- Sink-5 places,
- Ventilation system,
- Existence of a firefighting system.
