ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Coca-Cola HBC Armenia is looking for a Category Development/ RGM Manager, who will implement the Category Management approaches within the Organization and will ensure alignment and execution against the Category and Brand strategies. He/ she will be responsible for the development, implementation and achievement of annual commercial business plan.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Align channel input on price/ pack architecture and ensure channel coherency;
- Ensure performance by channel/ category and customer teams;
- Represent the total trademarks' commercial perspective in all discussions/ decisions;
- Serve as the major intersection (lead) in the Organization between category/ brand teams and Commercial, Marketing and Operations teams;
- Ensure representation of channel needs and proper translation of brand strategies across channels;
- Partner with brand team to ensure commercial leadership organization serves as a single source of direction to internal and external stakeholders, delivering and transforming brand strategies into actionable plans;
- Direct commercial development of all new item introductions;
- Lead the program across channels;
- Provide leadership on marketing budgets and/ or funding decisions to support customer and shopper marketing.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- University degree, ideally in a business related field;
- At least 5 years of previous experience in marketing or commercial management, preferably in FMCG or retail industries;
- Solid experience in promotional planning, insights development for channel or category marketing, customer development or revenue growth management (RGM) projects;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Strong organizational and project management skills;
- Strong analytical skills which will allow the generation of strong recommendations based on insights;
- Ability to deliver comprehensive business results through planning and scenario development;
- Customer centric approach and knowledge of customer commercial priorities;
- Ability to use and communicate data to deliver compelling selling propositions;
- Strong ability to form effective working partnerships with functions, across functions and with external organizations in order to deliver results;
- Strong influencing, interpersonal and communication skills.
