ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Syunik Food is currently looking for someone, who will evaluate and assess existing business processes for the improvement and development. Candidates with experience in the field of food production will be given an advantage. The position is located in Yerevan with frequent travel to Kapan with overnight.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Manage and direct the organization to achieve optimum profitability and effective use of business assets and human resources;- Provide supervision, strategic guidance and oversee the overall management of the Company’s activities;
- Develop and review policy and plan, organize and control major functions relating to the operation and administration of the organization through subordinate executives;
- Prepare or oversee the preparation of consolidated budgets, required reports and forecasts and present them or recommend their adoption to the Board or governing bodies;
- Make SWOT analysis and give suggestions to shareholders on adjusting the goals as per market trends;
- Conduct negotiations with partners, represent the Company in different levels;
- Stimulate and transmit the culture of the Company and its brand, solidify the Company’s position in the market;
- Act as the Company’s driving force;
- Identify, mitigate risks and ensure appropriate strategies are in place;
- Attend board meetings and act as the Company’s primary speaker.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Law or a related field;- At least 5 years of senior executive level experience, preferably in the food production sphere;
- Strong and decisive management skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent people management and leadership skills, ability to effectively manage, inspire and mobilize the team;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the credibility to present to external stakeholders, sponsors and media;
- Strong investment knowledge;
- Organizational and decision-making skills;
- Planning and organizational skills;
- High sense of responsibility and punctuality;
- Teamwork and time management skills;
- High efficiency of work.
