Full-timeОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
XNTrends is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the highest ranking position at the Company. The CEO will run the Company's day-to-day operations from A to Z, and provide leadership and guidance to the team, successfully communicate with existing partners and clients and engage new partnerships. He/ she will control everything related to the Company successful growth. This position requires at least 10 years of managerial experience, preferably in technology field.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Control and guide the Company according to its mission and vision;- Manage daily operations and in-budget and on-time completion of projects/ tasks, where necessary, challenge current performance levels;
- Manage and control accounting and financial operations;
- Make SWOT analysis and give suggestions to shareholders on adjusting the goals as per the market trends;
- Initiate business partnerships and close the leads, generate new business and give approval of new projects;
- Conduct negotiations with partners, clients and win new markets;
- Stimulate and transmit the culture of the Company and its brand, solidify the Company's position in the market;
- Act as a Company driving force;
- Oversee employees and ensure the proper recruitment process in place to engage the right people for the required positions;
- Identify and mitigate risks and ensure appropriate strategies are in place;
- Ensure the correct practices are being met;
- Attend board meetings and act as a Company primary speaker;
- Drive profitability of the business.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Leadership, Public Administration, Accounting or Finance;- At least 10 years of experience in a managerial position, preferably in IT;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and public speaking skills; proficiency in preparation and deliver of presentations;
- Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills;
- Experience working with international partners and clients;
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Knowledge of change management;
- Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures;
- Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources, to analyze and interpret financial data;
- Experience working under pressure;
- Ability to motivate employees.
