Armenian Branch of Sanitek is looking for a qualified candidate to hold the position of Chief Accountant.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Conduct day-to-day operations related to the Company's finances and accounting;- Organize and maintain accounting and reporting systems;
- Keep track of the bank accounts and bank transactions;
- Properly record the transactions with respect to the debtors and creditors;
- Closely maintain and monitor the fixed assets and inventory in the accounting system;
- Provide financial analysis and prepare reports for the management when needed;
- Prepare annual financial statements, statistical and tax reports according to the legislation of RA, as well as other applicable reports to state bodies if necessary;
- Closely work with the Administrative Manager and HR Manager, check the accuracy of the salary calculations, employments contracts, amendments and changes thereto, orders and other related documents;
- Monitor, lead and handle inquiries and investigations initiated by the Tax Authority and other governmental authorities;
- Maintain internal control and policies of the Company;
- Review all type of contracts and applicable amendments from tax and financial points of view;
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field;- At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting and finance;
- Proficient knowledge of accounting software (Armenian Software);
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems;
- Practical knowledge of RA Tax and Labor legislation;
- Strong analytical and time management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong computer skills and experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Knowledge of Accounting Standards;
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in Armenian and English languages; knowledge of Russian language is an asset;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively.
