Galaxy Concern LLC on behalf of its Partner Company is looking for a professional candidate to become a valued member of the team and fulfill the role of Chief Finance Officer.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
The Company is on a mission to improve people's lives and it needs a help to:- Undertake strategic analysis and assist with strategic planning of the Company;
- Implement and continuously improve the existing financial practices/ processes;
- Responsible for implementation of financial policy of the Company, as well as for overseeing both finance and accounting operations;
- Track the Company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement;
- Report the top management on financial situation of the Company and on results of the financial operations;
- Analyse profitability, prepare forecasts and budget (business planning) vs. actual analysis;
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports;
- Supervise staff in both Finance and Accounting Departments.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
The Company values all skills, but at this position mainly it needs:- Master's degree or equivalent in Economics, Accounting or Finance; ACCA or CFA is preferred;
- At least 3 years of job experience in managerial positions in finance and accounting;
- Knowledge of accountancy and financial business processes and reporting standards, RA Tax legislation and IFRS;
- Budgeting and budget management skills;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong managerial skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills of Armenian and English languages; knowledge of Russian language is a plus;
- Conflict, stress and time management skills;
- Ability to achieve results and meet strict deadlines in an effective manner;
- Detail and result oriented person.
