ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
EGT Express is looking for a Chief Operational Officer to join its team. The responsibility of the Chief Operational Officer is to design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Design and implement business operations;- Establish policies that promote the Company;
- Leading employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication;
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics;
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance;
- Manage team leadership;
- Source new sales, logistic opportunities.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills;- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving;
- Strong leadership, analytical skills;
- Good knowledge of logistics and transportation processes;
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Fluency in English, Russian and Armenian languages;
- Managerial skills;
- 5 years of experience in transportation business or logistics;
- Experience in international and freight forwarding companies;
- Strong industry business contacts.
