ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Galaxy Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer for the Telecommunication. The incumbent will be responsible for the contribution to the strategic direction by identifying specific technologies to provide future growth of the telecommunication for the UCOM Company.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Design and develop strategies to enhance and optimize technical operations;- Ensure the continuous operation of telecommunications equipment; implement an effective system for detecting and preventing malfunctions;
- Serve as an advisor to senior executives during strategic decision-making;
- Make decisions about which technologies are most likely to generate the highest rate of return;
- Monitor new technologies and assess their potential to become new products or services;
- Develop new products based on new technology or improve core products;
- Control and comply with operating expenses, forecasting, capital budget and strategic planning for Technical Department.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- At least 5 years of management experience in the telecommunication field as a Chief Technology Officer;- University degree in Telecommunications, IT or a related field;
- Highly developed leadership skills with the ability to build, lead and develop a team, as well as to effectively lead change management.
