ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Grand Candy LLC is seeking a Commercial Department Specialist to join its team.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Research local and foreign markets for exploring top suppliers of the field based on good price, quality, payment and delivery terms;
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers, obtain competitive quotations from local and foreign vendors and collect appropriate information;
- Organize full cycle of supply chain and proper examination of full documentation;
- Arrange and monitor transportation process of the goods cooperating with logistics companies;
- Responsible for periodic analysis of prices and shipment terms for purchasing products in a more competitive way;
- Work closely with the other departments of the Company;
- Insert the purchasing information to the particular electronic system;
- Complete the work within estimated deadlines.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- University degree in Business, Economics or a related field;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Computer literacy (at least MS Office);
- Ability to orient quickly, be resourceful and solve problems;
- Business and team working communication skills;
- Experience of supplying goods from local and foreign markets is an advantage;
- Knowledge of "Incoterms 2010" is desirable.
