ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Common Services Clerk provides clerical support to one or more of the following services in one or many mission(s):- Material Management
- Contracting and Procurement
- Accounting and Finance
- Events Coordination
- Common Services Program Support
- Protocol and Customs
- Reception.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
Candidates will initially be screened against the Essential Qualifications relating to education, language (language will be assessed further during the process) and experience. Candidates must clearly demonstrate when applying to the position how they meet each of these essential qualifications.Education:
- Candidates will be required to provide proof of the completion of their education;
- High school diploma.
Language:
- C1 Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- C1 Fluency in Armenian (written and spoken).
Experience:
- Experience in providing clerical support capacity in an office environment.
