ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

.
Compliance responsibilities:
- Give accurate and timely counsel to the management and relevant business lines in a variety of compliance topics;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and Amundi Group’s reporting standards/requirements;
- Participate in communications and negotiations with external parties (regulators, state authority etc.);
- Ensure that the Company’s activities are adhered to various compliance and regulatory requirements as well as relevant internal compliance standards of the Company and the Amundi / Crédit Agricole group;
- Provide compliance clarifications and to assist in structuring new services and business activities, to participate in cross-functional projects;
- Spread Compliance awareness and culture within the Company’s employees;
- Act as a Financial security officer on AML/CTF and International sanctions officer, all duties are regulated in accordance with both local legislation and Group’s procedural corpus.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Risk or a related filed (Master`s degree is a plus).

Work experience:
- Minimum 2-year experience as a Compliance or Risk specialist or a similar role.

Professional and behavioural skills:
- AML/CFT legislation knowledge;
- Strong knowledge of legal requirements and standards related to the industry;
- Excellent analytic skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into practical applications;
- High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion;
- Willingness to learn new things, constantly learn various materials;
- Good knowledge of the package MS Office;
- High sense of responsibility, and dynamism;
- Proficiency in compliance management tools and software is a plus.

Other skills (languages and other skills);
- B2 level in English (written and verbal);
- Knowledge of French will be an asset.
