ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

PicsArt is looking for a highly motivated, native English speaker who is organized, creative, and a problem solver for the position of Content Project Manager. The incumbent will be a key lead within the Global Content Marketing Team, so he/ she will need to provide support and encouragement to team members to maximize productivity and skill development as well as support the team in tracking KPIs. The role is based in Yerevan and reports to the Director of Global Content Marketing, working closely with the Marketing team based in Yerevan, San Francisco, China, and elsewhere. PicsArt is looking for someone who is professional, well-versed in communication skills, and collaborative with a positive attitude towards their work and peers. Multi-tasking projects and coordinating with peers in different timezones is a key component of this job and thus requires a responsible individual who can thoroughly plan and execute campaigns as well as instigate workflow optimizations. Data tracking and analysis as well as providing insights across the Company are a big part of this opportunity so experience with data is a must. The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, very aware of American and British pop culture and global trends as well as enthusiastic about digital platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, blogs, websites, etc. Experience with content/ marketing is required.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Provide strategy and analyze metrics for in-app content according to the Marketing Editorial Calendar;
- Work with other teams to instigate changes/ improvements in user flow and product;
- Incorporate analytical knowledge/ data to improve team KPIs;
- Share insightful data throughout Company;
- Work with the Marketing team to generate/ execute projects for the demo;
- Contribute to daily trends meetings, generate relevant content based on Company goals;
- Brainstorm to develop new ideas for content/ product teams;
- Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members;
- Work with larger PicsArt team for a better workflow;
- Structure projects and ensure efficiency;
- Quality assurance after execution of products and projects;
- Responsible for research and development;
- Take on any special project or contribution to team projects when required;
- Lead a team of project managers.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Native English speaker; native knowledge of US/ UK culture;
- Brand/ celebrity/ news awareness;
- Outgoing personality; sociable, positive attitude; team player;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention-to-detail and grammar knowledge;
- Quick/ informed decision making skills;
- Passion for content, digital media and its execution;
- Knowledge and general interest in trends happening in the world;
- Great organizational skills, follow-through on executing projects and a passion for data;
- Ability to work within a large team as well as other units across the company;
- Experience working in a start-up environment; experience working with an international team is a huge plus;
- Skills in Google Docs, Sheets and Slides and ability to assemble great looking campaign deck;
- Skills in using data to think analytically;
- Ability to manage data on multiple platforms to provide insights and growth tracking;
- Creativity and ability to develop original content;
- Strong leadership qualities.
