ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Evocabank is looking for a Contractual Specialist of Legal Division. The ideal candidate is a person with eagerness to find out-of-box solutions and use innovations; strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in team; and high sense of responsibility.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Perform the processes of software-based documentation and document endorsement required for providing loans, changing loan terms and conditions, export and print out relevant agreements/ contracts, verify most substantial provisions therein;
- Implement proper documentation of collateral in the software and endorsement of collateral-related documents;
- Periodically review CBA regulations and Bank’s internal legal acts pertaining to execution of his/ her job duties and make sure they are met unreservedly;
- Make sure contracts are registered with competent state agencies.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- University degree;
- At least 1 year of work experience in a bank;
- Good knowledge of RA CBA regulations;
- Outstanding teamwork skills and ability to take best decisions in stressful situations;
- Proactivity and high sense of responsibility;
- Knowledge of ArmSoft;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
