ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Rosgosstrakh-Armenia ICJSC is looking for a creative and enthusiastic person with strong organizational skills and willingness to learn and share the obtained knowledge and skills with target groups. She/ he will be involved in design, organization and implementation of insurance products' trainings as well as in various processes carried out in the Training and Development Department.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Design effective insurance products and sales training programs;
- Conduct trainings, workshops, individual training sessions, etc.;
- Prepare educational material;
- Maintain training schedule;
- Evaluate training effectiveness;
- Participate in the establishment of employees' development plan and assessment process;
- Perform other tasks relating to the Training and Development Department.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Higher education: 2nd year postgraduate students and students doing master's degree; bachelor's degree in Finance or Insurance or knowledge of insurance products is a plus;
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position or conducting various trainings;
- Sales experience is a plus;
- Excellent listening and presentation skills, as well as excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to work with small, as well as large groups (up to 25 people);
- Strong organizational skills and ability to understand detailed information;
- Goal-oriented personality; team player;
- Strong knowledge of written and spoken Armenian and Russian languages; good knowledge of English language is a plus;
- Confidence in using standard MS Office Software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and curiosity to learn new tools.
