ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

HSBC is looking for a Product and Propositions Officer. The ideal candidate thinks, sees and does things differently and can represent and relate to its diverse global customer base. The Company wants a candidate who is motivated, curious, courageous, collaborative and dedicated.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Analyze customer base to understand customer needs and conduct market research to identify market trends, with a view to develop new products and services or enhancements in the existing products range;
- Ensure all RBWM products meet regulatory and Group requirements and conduct periodical review to assure thereof;
- Design, develop and implement HSBC Bank Armenia RBWM products and propositions, ensuring that offered products are up to date and within market trends. Product range includes personal products/ propositions, insurance and wealth products in line with Group strategy and product catalog;
- Develop and implement business projects for HSBC RBWM as well as proper representation of RBWM business in projects initiated/ managed by other business lines/ units when required;
- Business management of IT developments/ enhancements connected with new products/ propositions, existing products/ services features/ functionalities changes and enhancements when required;
- Provide business insight and requirements for development and implementation of marketing campaigns related to RBWM products/ propositions;
- Take full ownership and responsibility for developing RBWM product related marketing materials, presentations, promotional materials and act as public website business owner from product perspective, including public website content;
- Conduct various Group required exercises and ensure timely submission of reports;
- Provide training and consulting to the sales force on RBWM products/ propositions;
- Support implementation of RBWM projects as/ when required, representing RBWM in projects impacting RBWM at local and Regional/ Group levels;
- Cover team members as/ when required.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- University degree in Economics, Banking, Business Administration or equivalent;
- At least 3 years of experience in financial services mainly in analytics, product development, operations, process change management;
- Strong experience in retail banking, including product and propositions development;
- Strong knowledge in local (mainly CBA) regulations, policies and procedures; knowledge of HSBC Group policies is a plus;
- Enhanced ability of forward thinking and proactivity;
- Ability to define and propose strategic directions and present to management;
- High proficiency in spoken and written English and Armenian languages;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and in tight deadline;
- Attention to details.
