ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
The incumbent will play a vital role in providing Management Information (MI) and analytical support to the Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) business and branch network and producing insights to RBWM management on performance of retail products and processes, through dealing with large volumes of data. He/ she will be expected to maintain continual and professional contact with various stakeholders and be ready to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Produce management information; set data expectations; extract data for campaigns, projects and other initiatives delivery; drive data quality/ availability;
- Plan and co-ordinate all CRM activities, including determining target group objectives and responsibility for overall CRM calendar, process and implementation;
- Build analytical tools and models to identify and prioritize opportunities and leads;
- Provide specialized operational support to the retail business as whole within prescribed quality standards and deadlines;
- Prepare business reporting for different periodicity (ad-hoc, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually) intended both for local and Group use;
- Conduct analysis and research of retail products/ processes/ channels and present recommendations for optimization and improved efficiency;
- Leverage Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) features and functionalities to improve sales, increase efficiency and grow the business.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Advanced literacy in MS Office tools (particularly Excel and Access);
- Experience in financial services sector, concentrating on data analytics, operations, or equivalent;
- High proficiency in spoken and written English and Armenian languages;
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for decisions and actions;
- High level of self-organization and self-esteem;
- Problem solving skills and ability to deal with investigations that impact accurate reporting, the profit and loss, balance sheet substantiation and market data;
- Strong communication/ negotiation skills which will enable to engage in effective conversations with stakeholders and to build strong professional rapport;
- Experience of working with rules and regulations is preferable.
