ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Customer Experience Communication and Events Specialist will be responsible for the preparation of internal and external communication and organization of events.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Prepare internal and external communications of the department,
- Prepare, place and publish internal and external media materials (photo, video and multimedia);
- Prepare training materials;
- Organize the events of the department;
- Effectively cooperate with internal and external partners;
- Cooperate with mass media;
- Actively participate in current projects of the department;
- Perform other current tasks related to the job.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- University degree in related disciplines (Sociology, PR or Marketing);
- 1 year of relevant working experience in customer experience, marketing or related disciplines;
- Experience in preparation and publication of media materials;
- Good rhetorical skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Analytical thinking; flexibility;
- Detail-oriented person;
- Ability to work in a team and establish and maintain good relations;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; good knowledge of Russian and English languages (written and verbal);
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
